I love these shakes. Hands down, my favorite fast food shakes. Hand mixed fresh each time, and can be ordered anytime the store is open, even during breakfast!
I do wish they came in different sizes, sometimes I want a bit more (I've been known to order two for myself, lol!).

I order the Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ fairly regularly, and almost always find them enjoyable to eat. Every once in a while though, there's something a little "off."
This time, the gravy came in a coffee cup. It was lukewarm, not hot like it normally is, and had a kind of film on the top of it. There were big chunks of sausage in it, like someone had hastily torn up some sausage patties and thrown them in. l did try to eat it, but it tasted a little weird so I tossed it in the trash.
Thank goodness the Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ was tasty as always!

Was very excited to see that they added a large size for the Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™, and it was good like always. The Biscuit 'N' Gravy™, on the other hand, was horrible. I order this all the time, and I've never been so disappointed. The biscuit was so over-cooked that it was rock hard, tasted stale and was difficult to chew.

I got a double big Carl combo, but the burger didn't have any sauce, and it was smashed, and the bun was soggy with grease. I know it was grease and not sauce because the sauce has relish in it, and there wasn't a speck of relish to be seen. I'm so sad. I've ordered the same thing from this location a few times now, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I'm gonna finish eating it anyway because I paid for it, but I don't know if I'll be ordering from them again. At least they got the no lettuce part right.
