Patties weren't as big as they used to be and didn't taste as good as I remember them either. It was ok, but the chain seems to have gone downhill

VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR ALL THREE SANDWICHES. THE TWO Spicy Chicken Sandwich WHERE OVER COOKED AND VERY COLD AND YOU CAN'T EVEN BITE INTO THE CHICKEN Spicy Chicken Sandwich. AND THE Super Star® with Cheese IS EXTREMELY OVER COOKED AND VERY COLD.

Man I hate when we are excited to get our food and it comes to realize you're missing all your sides. Thankfully the kids stuff wasn't missing like ours. Everything tasted great but I was sad that half of our 2 Double Sourdough Star Combos meal was missing. Anyways like really the sides? Carl's has some great fries so it was truly sad that we couldn't enjoy the meal. I will still order from them though.
