Order arrived with grease that completely saturated the bottom of the bag. Zucchini tasted as if it was fried in old oil. Very disappointed with my order.

My order was almost $70 and 1 of my kids meal drinks were missing the drink and my 9 piece chicken stars was missing from my order. For the price I paid for this order was not worth the terrible customer service I received from this restaurant.

We have ordered many times from Carl's. The hamburgers are wonderful and delicious, as are the chicken sandwiches. However- in the last two orders we didn't receive what was ordered. The bagsneed to be double checked before they leave the restaurant.And if possible checked upondelivery before the Dasher leaves!
