I can't say anything negative about Carnitas Mi Rancho. All business should strive to be like this place. Incredibly nice staff and very speedy service. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The salsas are great. The carnitas is quality stuff. Their prices are fantastic. They seem to always throw something extra in like a bonus tortilla or an extra salsa or a little thing or rice or extra carnitas. It just seems like they really care about their customers and want them to have a great experience and return. 5/5 stars all day! Highly recommend the surtido with cuerito.

Both the website and Apple Maps said they closed at 5:30 pm but once I got there at 5:15 they were already closed. I had placed my order ahead of time and I mentioned to the person on the phone I was on my way and apologized for being there past the time I was supposed to pick up but it was still technically opened and when I got there I got the dirtiest look ever from the lady. I suggest if they close at 5 that they should change the times online and on their website. Very distasteful to have been given that reaction. Also I order 2 pounds 1 pound was of 1lb de Carnitas and the other pound was of buche. I was only given carnitas , I assume because of how bothered the lady was when I went to go pick up she didn't give me the other order buche that was order. The picture shown is the only container I received and it only had carnitas.
