Food was delivered still warm. The tacos com in a special taco container to keep their shape. The skillet queso is yummy but I recommend adding sor cream because it get hotter as you go. The quesadillas are always fresh and the grilled chicken tastes great. I really wish they would let you order fajitas with no peppers so I can try them.
Ps: El Gringo Taco is the best one on the menu IMO

When you go to the restaurant and order the large quac for $17 it is served in a large bowl. When you order take out be prepared the queso and guac are a significantly smaller portion and much less quality.  Love the restaurant but eat in is the way to go not take out and certainly not door dash where you can't even see what you are getting.

I love this place! Never had a bad meal here! My food is always hot! & everything is always on point! Skillet Queso (chefs kiss) MUST TRY the Barria Grilled cheese ! You won't be disappointed

EVERYTHING has always been amazing a Casa Calaveras whether eating at the restaurant or take out. So glad they opened up in Middletown last year.
