Genuinely the food here is fire, and you get a ton for a great price. 2 Piece Catfish, Butterfly Shrimp & Fries absolutely melted in my mouth. Food arrived as hot as it would have been had I picked it up.

The catfish and shrimp were crispy and delicious. The sides of coleslaw and okra were also very good and gigantic servings, enough for 3 people easy. Great value

Kinda disappointed...in the photos of the fish sandwich the two pieces of fish are so large and there's lettuce and it looks really good. In reality the sandwich I got was on a gigantic bun and hidden within this bun were two tiny pieces of fish, a bunch of tartar sauce, and that's it. No lettuce, nothing else. The fries are also cold and hard. I don't think it's the fault of the door dasher either, I think they were already cold and hard. I immediately went to review the meal on here when I got it and saw it, but I left the review on the screen where it asks how I rate the dasher and how I rate the restaurant. I took a photo and left my review thinking the review was going to go here, but it didn't. The photo didn't save and I'm basically done with the food now, but otherwise I would've attached a photo. just know if you buy the chicken sandwich the photo is probably extremely misleading.

What a perfect name for this store! I was excited thinking I was trying some new place in town with a focus on Catfish. As it turns out, I was the one catfished as this is simply CaptainD's.
That being said, the catfish was actually pretty good. Good portion of pretty tasty catfish with some overcooked flat shrimp.
I'd do the catfish again- I just don't think I would have ordered if I had known it was CaptainD's originally.

What a major disappointmen. First of all, this is Captain D's and not Catfish Kitchen. Second, there is so much of this cajun style seasoning (that was not in the description) just dumped on top of the fish that it is inedible. We might have been willing to scrape off as much seasoning as we could in order to eat the fish, but the breading was not crispy at all.
