um my Greens + Grains Bowl didn't come with any grains and they also forgot the corn and pita chips. but everything that i was able to get tasted fine. this was my first time having cava in nyc, so i'm not sure if it's just a ny thing, but the container for the bowl isn't a bowl. it's a tray with three compartments. it's significantly smaller than the big bowls i've had at other locations and since the container had compartments all the ingredients were separated and it was hard to mix everything together. as stated, the portion is small and after finishing i'm not completely satiated. wasn't even super hungry either. most likely won't order, at least from this location, again

I have had the braised lamb many times this order was dry and not flavorful. My red pepper humus looked as though it was thrown into the bowl and my advocado was brown. This order was a huge disappointment.

Portions were extremely small - much more so than when ordering in person. Much better off ordering from Naya or Mezeh

They never get the order completely right when constructing a custom salad bowl. Items are left out. I order broccoli to be part of the salad but it's never included in my salad. The quality of the arugula is laughable. They never include the piece of pita bread that is specifically selected-- you need to select it specifically but even if you do you never get it
