Cava is always delicious! I pay the extra 5 dollars or so for extra protein and grains and that makes a huge difference in portion size and puts it up there with chipotle in terms of how much food you get. Sometimes with pickup orders they forgot the sauce on the side but my dasher always looks out for me and double checks when I ask.

The blondie was small but sooo delicious! The grain bowls are so yummy and nutritious, now one of my boyfriend and I's favorites especially after a workout. Very filling.

I absolutely love CAVA - especially their bowls. It’s honestly so hard to find healthy options when eating out, and CAVA is my go-to whenever I don’t get a chance to cook at home.
The food itself is delicious and nourishing, but what really makes CAVA stand out for me is their commitment to sustainability. From their bags and bowls to even their compostable spoons, you can tell they genuinely care about the environment. Those details matter - a lot.
Yes, the food is great, but more than that, I love how CAVA makes an effort to support sustainability and give back to nature. Not many places do that, even though everyone should.
That’s why CAVA has my heart.

I am writing to express my disappointment with an order I placed yesterday evening around 6:30 PM for my daughter. Upon receiving the food, we noticed that the bowl was not even close to being full. The amount of rice was very limited, and despite paying extra for black lentils, the portion was quite small.
We love Cava and have enjoyed many meals from your establishment, but yesterday's bowl was definitely not worth the $22 we spent. I am reaching out to see if there is anything you can do to address this issue.

The Lemon Chicken was the most delightful thing to ever touch my taste buds. The sauce was absolutely incredible, the chicken was juicy, the tomatoes were glowing, the lettuce was greener than a field in the springtime, the pickled onions just had me going back for more, the feta was spectacular and crumbly like the cookies I left for Santa last December. All of the flavors came together in a magical harmony. I was transported straight to heaven with every single bite of this bowl. I would eat this again, and again, and again. When I took a bite it was as if my mouth climaxed. This meal was a spectacular way to spend the last $23 in my bank account. Thank you.
