The grain bowl was so delicious and super healthy. RightRice tastes like rice but a lot healthier. Roasted veggies include Brussels sprouts. YUM! My blood sugars were great 2 hours after. Great for diabetics. Took a point away as it's a little pricey.

My daughter has been telling me about CAVA for quite some time. Tried it today and it is wonderful. Flavorful, nutrient dense, light but filling. The salmon dill bowl is fantastic. Big enough to be lunch and dinner. On days I don't have time to meal prep, this will be my go to! Highly recommend for affordable, healthy meals.

Lately they have been super undwhelming. Adding very little meat to the bowls and even skimping on the rice and greens. Initially they filled the bowls and now the bowls are coming almost half full. They did the opposite of what chipotle did, as far as portions go. It's ridiculous to pay $20 for a bowl and got 2 pieces of chicken in it. Unreal! The bowl looks pathetic.

The chicken and rice was delicious. My only issue is I ordered a chocolate brownie for over $4.00 and it was tiny. Just like a bite size.

Kids meal Meat was burned, cold. Spicy Lamb Meatball sanwich was so sloppy, sauce everywhere meatballs were also burned and cold, only 4 piece in the sandwich not worth$16
