Honestly, it lived upto the hype. Ive been hearing about Cava for weeks now and it certainly delivered. All the indredients were very fresh, te food was favorful, and the pita chips were the best ive ever had!

My first time having Cava and my first time trying some of these items from anywhere. Pros: honestly delicious, not crazy expensive for a bowl. Cons: the Side Roasted Eggplant was 5 dollars for a small condiment cup full and there wasn't much broccoli even though I ordered the max amount. I would also have loved more greens & protein compared to
toppings. A full portion of falafel is apparently 4. Was also missing cucumber. Curious how healthy this actually in (the category I found this spot in) I would maybe order again but would skip the side of eggplant. I would also probably skip delivery and go in to make sure I get what I order. Not bad overall.

I always opt for the build my own bowl, somehow they always add chicken although I don't ask for it. I'm vegetarian so I don't eat it and this has happened several times so be cautious if you're vegetarian! The date vinaigrette dressing is delicious and the veggies and greens are super fresh

Greens + Grains Bowl underwhelming. Look at the small serving size for a salad made of greens and no meat. I would expect my bowl to be full. The bowl was approximately half full and cost me $20.86. I won't be ordering again. Not a good value for my money.

We ordered two bowls. Avocado in my bowl was legitimately rotten. Smelly slimey and clearly rotten. They forgot multiple toppings on both bowls, the portions are nothing like the pictures (got like a teaspoon of that feta that is just oily and nasty looking) and they didnt even bother to staple the bag shut or anything so our food was just out in the open in a dashers car. Absolutely do not eat here
