The food is good and the quality is solid. The 4 stars is only because I have requests regarding your menu options (in DoorDash) Sidenote: I happen to be a ux designer who would like for life to feel more like a collab between having it my way at burger but let's make it a habit wherever I eat. My customer ordering requests for Kava's DoorDash ordering menu are:
- Option to request bread with my bowl. I missed it today
- Option to add rice to my bowl
- Option to have sauces on the side
- Option for double meat sometimes. I can't always finish my bowl all at once and there isn't usually enough meat when I got back to finish it. Just lentils and lettuce leftovers makes for a boring bowl to finish and I've been trying to waste less food. It's better for the planet like forks they sent :) I'd appreciate any of this feedback being applied! I just discovered Cava near my hotel 2 months ago and I'm happy with the food every time. Thanks for keeping me fed and full yall! And I'm sorry there aren't any pics. You don't wanna see my bowl. It's half eaten..it don't look that good lol

Honestly the amount of food was so little and for $40?!? I got a half chicken bowl and it was mostly arugula with some rice and some chicken. I paid $4 for avocado and they put a few slices in it. For that price that could have put at least half and still make money on the back end. Just felt like a rip off and the taste was super tart. Just not it for me. Won't be ordering there again.

The blondie is like 1 inch by 1 inch... so almost $4 for such a small servings size was a shock. I also didn't get my free pita. :( but other than that tasty as always.

This 25$ bowl was delivered half full. There must have been a mistake or their portions are being strangled.

The salad bowl was soggy and had a puddle of liquid at the bottom. My fiance ordered a bowl with steak and there was no steak included and the rice was hard and difficult to chew. Both our bowls were missing veggies we asked for as well. It was pretty disappointing and kind of gross.
