Being from the Midwest, I'd never heard of this place before, but it seemed like a healthier option than a lot of other places in the area. I ordered a chicken pita kids meal and it was more than enough food. Very fresh and delicious! Sauces were great.

Order cava all the time! And I always pay the extra $ to get braised lamb cause it's so good. Ordered like normal and not even kidding, there was like 2 bites of lamb. It was shameful and just plain sad. Will need to order inside now

I got the greens and Greens + Grains Bowl and the rice was so hard and uncooked it felt like it was going to Crack my tooth. There wasbl also barley any meat on thus Bowl. A real dussappointment. Stick with mezzah!

This Salad Bowl was a great combination-- white sweet potato and braised lamb. Filling and nice balance. Definitely will order that combo again. Also LOVE the onion pita chips.

A favorite! Always fresh and has just the right ingredients. A half portion bowl is plenty!
