There food is really good, I only wish the portions were as good. The Side Hummus I ordered for $3+ dollars was about two tablespoons.

The grains bowl had delicious, fresh ingredients! I ordered the half portion of chicken and spicy lamb meatballs. I'll say that the serving of meat in my particular bowl was quite small. The meatballs cost extra only to receive 2 in my order. Could've just been an off day, but based on taste, I'd definitely return.

The salad I got was good, I couldn't wait to eat it hence why there's no photo. But I was saddened to see the hummus was only 2/3 full considering I paid 4.18 for it. They also forgot to include my free side peta bread, but I bought an extra side to go with my hummus, I guess when I pay for one it cancels out the free one.
The ingredients used in the salad is great, I always get the chicken and always suggest it to people. I really don't think it is worth paying extra for side items since you really don't get any bang for your buck on those, which is why I only gave 3 stars rather than 4. Stick to the salads, I haven't had any wraps so I can't make any comment on those.

I ordered three bowls from CAVA, and unfortunately the portions were very disappointing. For about $15 per bowl, I expected a decent amount of food, but all three bowls were noticeably light and didn’t feel like a good value at all.
The food itself was fine, but the portion size made the experience frustrating. When you’re paying that much per bowl, it should feel like a full meal—not like the bowl was barely filled. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the value just wasn’t there.
This also happened on a previous order, and at the time I thought maybe it was just a one-off. After this order, though, I’m honestly not sure I’d order from CAVA again.
