Cold brew w/ creme brulee flavor is AWESOME. I accidentally ordered it twice w/ sugar free flavor & was like man this is ok but is lacking. I saw today when ordering there was an "SF" before my flavor choice so I called to ask what that meant. LOL. Needless to say the coffee was AMAZING today bc I selected the proper flavor option!

The Croissants taste like they threw it in the mic for 5 seconds and my turtle mochasippi did not come with any whipped cream or syrup it still taste fine didn't come with seal and straw. If I were u i just go in person. Much better experience

On my Turtle Mochasippi I requested only no whip, they took off the chocolate and Carmel drizzle in which I wanted. Theres no sticker to cover lids like most places so my drink wasn't secure. My sausage, egg, cheese croissant bread was a bit dry & hard on the edges and the bag it normally comes in was wide open for delivery; no sticker to seal bag shut for security. I think CC's need to adopt the skills of most restaurants to secure people food bags & drinks with some sort of seal to ensure their customers that their food is not tampered with during delivery.

The Spinach and Feta Croissant was not baked all the way, as the crust was doughy. We also ordered 1 plain and 1 everything bagel, but received 2 plain bagels, both of which were burned.
