This food is AMAZING. Look, I'm from California and I know good Mexican food. Cebolla's food is top notch!! Their Queso Dip is excellent. The Fajita Quesadilla is a massive portion and one of the best things I've ever eaten. I cant imagine finding better anywhere else in Fort Wayne (and I'll absolutely be ordering again <3).

Chicken fajitas tonight, WHAT THE EF CEBOLLAS? They are usually grilled up nice and juicy and browned, this chicken is pale af and looks barely grilled. Not to mention it fills half the pan. Got these two days ago and it was overflowing and all juicy and full of flavor, these have no seasoning today. Disappointed. I order from here multiple times a week so I know when something is off.

My experience was not so great. The food arrived hot however the Steak Fajitas was more vegetables than steak...a LOT of vegetables. I expected the Quesadilla Rellena Beef to be grilled but it was not. Because of that the bottom was very soggy. The filling of meat, beans, cheese, and other ingredients tasted good. The Horchata was the highlight of the meal.

This is two nights in a row the restaurant failed to put utensils in the order. Tonight's order: the steak wasn't cooked and the peppers were raw.

The pizza birria was perfect and the cheese pull was insane. Absolutely delicious. All sauces were wrapped separately which I was impressed by.
