The papdis were crispy, good quality and not too oily. The portion size was good as an entree, I could even save my portion. The green chutney had more water than i'd have wanted but tasty. I would prefer a no sugar option for savory condiments like raita etc. especially when more folks are watching our sugar intake. The menu variety here is great.

The thali had all my favs!! Aloo gobi, paneer tikka masala, Rajma, kadhi, and gajar halwa. Tasty, fresh and delicious.
The Chocolate Lava Cake was also very good, small in quantity but amazing nonetheless.

House Thali satisfies every aspect of its name. Be it the flavourful taste, or the presentation / serving. Never thought I'd finish all of it until I started eating. Each item in the Thali had the authentic homely flavor which many could relate and cherish.

Quality of food is superior. Everything in House Thali is tasty but not too spicy. You can tell that chef knows cooking and loves what he does. What amazes me is consistency! It's rare in Bay Area Indian restaurants. This is a rare gem. I would highly recommend.
