Food was tasty. The problem was that I wanted to order a side of beans to make my son something different at home. In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. My husband kindly asked a worker if she could switch the rice to beans since we wanted beans. She rudely said you ordered rice. My husband responded that there was only a option for both on the menu and we could not write it in either. The lady went back and switched it but when he got home I opened the bag and looked at my waste of money, a tiny container barely half way full of refried beans (cost $4). I'm not sure if the lady purposely filled it half way because she was bothered by the switch or what but I don't think this was fair.

Very good pupusas de arroz.
my only complaint is that they gave me the same amount of curtido (pickled cabbage) I usually get for an order of (3) pupusas for a large order of (10) pupusas.
I even called to make sure I'd get enough for 10 pupusas :(

They accepted an order just to 20 minutes later call me that they had ran out, when I asked them to cancel they said they can't cancel the order. They were pushing me instead to get other stuff in the menu. Other times, I've ordered they often mix orders up, specially with the tacos. Also with the pupusas, even for very large orders give very little "curtido" (sides).

The pupusa revuelta was good. It was a very good portion. The Pambazo is one of my favorite things to order, but when you order it, there is no option to select if you want chicken or chorizo. I tried calling the restaurant but the line said it was busy. I decided to risk it since I like both chicken and chorizo. But the filling was soggy. It was potato and, I think, shredded chicken. I'm not sure what was inside, but it was not like what I have had at the restaurant.

The food was delicious but my order for tortilla chips and hot sauce ($13) were unavailable. The restaurant told the DoorDash driver that I had to contact them today to work out substitution - really? I want a refund for what was not included in my order. I should not have to contact the restaurant either - they failed to fulfill my order.
