• 23-10-15Steak a La Tampiquena made me laugh when I opened my container. I was expecting a real steakhouse ribeye for 17 bucks. Nope. This thing is 1/4 inch thick, tops, two inches across, and six inches long. It was definitely sadness in a container. These guys have been good to me other than this one order, and usually go above and beyond, so I'll give them another try..... but this should be pulled off the menu, especially for the price. I'm lucky I had three tacos I ordered because I still would have been hungry. With four taco trucks in town, and two fast food taco joints, it's time to step it up a notch. Make me want to come back, and not even consider the others who's portions fill an entire container.

The chicken, rice, and cheese sauce had almost no flavor at all
For something fried, it was very soft and not crispy in the slightest
The chicken inside was sooooo dry, even the cheese sauce felt dry
The portion size was also quite small for the price
I was expecting something a little bigger
The one upside is that it did come with free chips and salsa though

• 23-09-26We have ordered many time for pick up and delivery. It was definitely room temp, not warm at all. The cheese sauce I ordered was honestly only half full. That's disappointing since it's at least 5$. We will continue to order from Chapala because it is very good. We were just a little disappointed this time. Delivery guy was great.
