This review is for the new food truck in Parker. The food at this truck is great. We stopped to pick up Briyani once and decided to order again on DD. The samosa chaat was so good and the tikka was flavorful. The tikka could have had a little more spice and I wish they were a little more generous with the naan but everything tasted so good that I really can't complain. It's so hard to get a good Irani chai in the US and theirs is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Very slow to prepare the food. We lost our first driver because the wait took so long.
When the food finally arrived, one of the items ( Saag Paneer) was unexpectedly incredibly spicy. We like spicy food...but this was almost too much to eat.

Bland flavor, peppers in the Chicken Tikka Masala which I don't think makes sense. Small portions as well. Would not order

Worst food I have ever had in my life.
The chutneys that came with dosa was extremely diluted it was as if I am having water.
On the description it is mentioned that it will be Mysore Masala Dosa with potato filling however it had slight mysore masala and had no potatoes filling in the dosa.
Same for Schezwan Masala Dosa.
The sambar was pathetic and again extremely diluted.
The Papdi Chaat was filled with peas and was served hot. OMG it was so so so pathetic after the first bite it went to the trash
