Quality of the food is always great! Customer service needs major work. Had a bad experince with a young woman, she seems stressed.

The milk tea was not that good and there was less tapioca. I paid extra for the brown sugar pearls. I usually order this and it tastes good. The tiramisu was also very flaky and too sweet not like usual. I am not happy with this order.

I ordered a Chatime Triple [COLD] with pudding, passionfruit jelly, and tapicoa. i did not recieve tapicoa in the drink, and the toppings were added into a separate cup. if you were to order this drink, you would see that on the photo it comes with tapicoa, a jelly of your choice and another item to make it a triple. this is not what i ordered at all.
