100% everything is A1, but they didn't have Classic Milkshakes so i had to get a slush but they did let me mix it!!! so it was a win win!! the Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix were fried hard !!! they were seasoned to perfection. the Two Mix and Match: Make It a Meal is delicious . the fruit punch was very crispy(chefs kiss). and A1 dasher !!!

I spent almost $90 and half my order was missing. The fries were cold and nasty and the spicy chicken sandwich tasted old. I had a 4 pc mozzarella stick but only received 3 pc. This location is horrible. I never have a problem with the Winchester location.

I placed an order that included a chicken sandwich
due to personal and dietary preferences, as well as a slushy that is melted and the parmasen wings were given to me old. Unfortunately, the merchant did not follow the instructions—the sandwich was made with beef patty, making it inedible for me. Additionally, the slushy arrived completely melted and undrinkable.
I paid for a customized meal and did not receive what I ordered. I would appreciate a resolution or compensation for this issue. Please let me know how this can be made right. Thank you for your time and assistance.

This was a dinner order for around 7:00 p.m.. I ordered the Big Buford and their seasoned fries. The hamburger patties were old looking and dried up the bun was all squished down, the fries seemed old like they've been around for a while and the veggies were definitely not fresh. Really disappointed. Not good.

The burger looked grayer the top & it was brown at the bottom. It looked bigger in the pictures & advertising, then when it's infront of you, it's the same size as a regular double burger from McDonald's. Nothing different or spectacular about it. The Big Buford may of been better
