I don't know who was in the kitchen today - but I can assure you, they came to COOK. That Griot (Fried Pork) was so RIGHT: hard outside with a tender center. I usually dont eat the fat on the griot...I definitely ate the fat today 😅, it was too good to pass up.The black rice, I mean black was so dee the rice looked shiny the green peas was Chef's kiss. Thank you for a wonderful, home-cooked meal 🙏🏿

Honestly, this place got my heart. My friend took me last Friday. And I have been ordering since, Mind you I live far away so it's very expensive to order from them. And I already ordered twice and am about to order again that's how good it is. The quality of food is amazing. For the portion, just a little bit of rice will do. But I'm not complaining.

My favorite spot!! The boulet is 1000/10 but as a true Haitian I'd get a side of red sauce to elevate the taste. That's how it's traditionally eaten!

They ran out of mac & cheese, and instead of refunding me, they just crossed it off my receipt and didn't notify me or DoorDash. griot was mostly bones

I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I understand every business is trying to make ends meet, but as a restaurant, your service still needs to be professional.
I ordered black beans with vegetables (legumes) and white rice, and you guys had the audacity to send barely 3 scoops of black beans — not even close to a full portion. This is honestly unacceptable.
I would understand if the container had spilled in the bag and it was the driver’s fault or just an honest mistake, but the bag was completely clean with no sign of anything leaking or spilling. That means this portion was sent out exactly like this.
This is beyond unprofessional. You honestly could’ve just canceled my order instead of sending something like this.
