I've truly given up...my drink was only a quarter full and had a hole in the bottom of the cup. I think this is a D-list Chick-fil-A®. Living in the South 45 years and knowing this brand's commitment to quality is quite disappointing that this store doesn't live up to it all...my 3rd attempt with this particular restaurant location and I'm no longer going to order here.

The chicken noodle soup from this location is not only gross looking but tastes awful. It looks like slime. There's hardly any broth and it's so absolutely thick. Living in the south for decades and having this soup regularly shows not every location makes it the same. I can't have the waffle fries because of a legume allergy (they're coated with pea starch to make them crisp)...disappointing.

went here in store the other day andfood was amazing. delivery... not so much. i got the new sandwich and it had hardly any pimento cheese, fries were super cold, tasted old, and was only filled 1/3 of the way. soda was flat too ):

I paid extra money to add on to my Cobb Salad and it was only the egg that came with. Nothing extra. Also my chicken was not sliced like it usually is. They just threw the patty on top. I'm disappointed. I wasn't even refunded the extra money I paid. Smh

this side salad is sad. definitely not worth 3 dollars. Nuggets ok but really disappointed in the side salad.
