The food is usually fine, but I am starting to hate that it depends on who is working on how things are bagged. My $7 yogurt Berry Parfait gets put on TOP of fresh HOT food and then sealed in the bag. Sometimes, it's nicely packaged seperately with condiments and put in a plastic bag. Lately, never. The cookie topping they insist on putting on for you turns to mush. :(

I primarily eat chicken and this is S+ tier. Better quality and taste than any other "fast food" (I even think it compares to restaurants that specialize in chicken), on every item I have tried. Try the chic-fil-a sauce and lemonade, wooo buddy.

I keep ordering the larger size Mac n Cheese which is almost $8 and they keep sending me the small which is just one tiny cup. I ordered large fries and the container wasn't even half way full. They switched us to the new chick fil a in Medina Ohio and we've had problems like this every time. Our orders used to come from the Fairlawn Ohio location which is closer and much better quality service.

Half my pepper jack cheese was hanging out of the box. & the medium Mac and cheese is tiny. Overall food tastes good.

Cobb Salad came with a piece of grilles chicken, no eggs, mostly bacon and lettuce. Frosted Lemonade tasted sour almost spoiled. First time doing door dash and first time I've ever had issues with the quality of food from here.
