I ordered the new Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal the sandwich was so dry. There was 1 small slice of tomato and 2 small pieces of jalapeno, no sauce on the bun at all. The chicken was a very small piece didn't even cover the bottom of the bun. Very disappointed!!

I have had this happen on numerous occasions. Where I ordered a large drink with no ice. And the drink get delivered and they have been an inch off of the fill line in the cup. So I got a medium cups worth of a drink when I paid for a large.

Waffle fries were overcooked. Frosted lemonade was not made correctly. And there is no safety seal on the cup.

Overall probably the worst Chick-Fil-A I've had. I used to get my DoorDash from the Richardson location but now I guess this ones closer. I get Grilled Nuggets, Chicken Noodle Soup and Spicy Southwest Salad every time and it's usually perfect from other the other locations. Something was off with the chicken in all 3 items. Very unusual to have such poor quality meal.

always perfect. Grilled Chicken Club Meal was cooked perfectly. fruit cup was so fresh. yum.
