The waffle fries are a tricky thing for delivery, today they were tough and a little bit cold like they had been sitting out for a while, or they were overcooked, or maybe a little of both. This is unusual for this Chick-fil-A the fries are usually hot, crispy on the outside, and potatoey tender on the inside. the chicken tenders were very good.

I. wanted to express my thoughts about this particular restaurant on Pipeline in Hurst Texas the best meals in chicken breakfast and Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and The chicken wrap do you want me to name every thing. I love your service by far any other place. I am sad to say that I will be moving from your area for door dash I am truly saddened I do hope the other closer to is as good. Breakfast staff on Saturday September 21st you all are outstanding in my opinion. Blessing &God Favor to all involved. Peace 🙏

1st time ever I have not eaten my waffle fries.b
They were very hard & stale. I am disappointed but I will keep you all my favorite restaurants. I'm curious if your chicken biscuits &sandwiches chicken filet has gotten smaller. Just wondering. Food is still delicious. peace ✌️

It seems Chick-fil-A may have shrunk their portions on the chicken strips. The chicken strips I received today were thinner than usual and shorter than usual.
The waffle fries were cooked too long they were hard. Overall, today was a bad experience at Chick-fil-A... if anybody with any authority at Chick-fil-A is reading this please fix this issue; it goes without saying there are other places to eat. 😊
