It's amazing how I alway have the same exact order yet the fry and sauce amount changes drastically literally every single time depending on who is working.

Food was soggy and cold. I paid extra for direct delivery so I know it wasn't because the delivery time was too long. They simply gave my Dasher food that had already been sitting there for too long. The quality of food at this Chick-fil-A has drastically decreased over time. So disappointing.

They make the soda with the food and let it sit there and get stale the same thing with the milkshakes instead of waiting for the Dasher to arrive and make it they let it get all soggy and melted. I would order again just not any sodas or milkshakes and it's a good size meal. The food also taste good.
