Waffle fries were amazing and the chicken was well cooked and seasoned, Cookies & Cream Milkshake was ok tho.

I ordered a Chick-fil-A Cobb salad and found an unappetizing piece of what appears to be cartilage/gristle mixed in with the bacon. The food was cold as expected for a salad, but this was a quality issue that made the rest of the meal difficult to eat. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
I’m requesting a refund or credit for this item. Thank you.

They did not give me any sauces and the sandwich was just chicken in between a bun. Nothing else, no pickles, nothing. What gives?

The bun was dry, tasteless, and crumbled like sand, had to throw it out. Would not order again.

I asked for a filet . I appears they cut the filet in half and still charged me full price for it . This is unacceptable and a way of stealing from the customers
