Ran out of macaroni and cheese, so they substituted waffle fries. The macaroni and cheese is more expensive than the waffle fries and I don't order fries through – DoorDash because they're often cold. I wish the store or DoorDash driver could've text me and asked me what I wanted to substitute it, but they made the decision.

My breakfast burrito was so hard I couldn't eat it. Purchased a large hashbrown and there was literally 7 in there.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich looked great. When I bit into it, it was rubbery. I tried 2 more bites and the texture was solid, no shredding of the chicken like normal. I would have returned it and notified the manager if ihadnt received it from Door Dash.

Fries were cold, overcooked, and had no salt on them. Sandwich chicken had a large section that was off-tasting.

It's obvious the items for my order had been prepared well in advance and just sitting as it was cold!
Not to mention the nuggets barely had any coating on them not sure if this was just a bad batch or prepared by someone less experienced. Either way the quality was subpar.
