ALL of sauces at this location have turned. It's been this way for months prompting me to quit ordering and to tell everyone in the area to stop eating there as it's clearly not managed properly. I very seriously doubt I'm the first person to say so about the sauces tasting horrible because they've turned due to heat or improper storage. Can't believe yall are giving out those sauces and expect people to continue patronizing this location in person or via courier. Either way it affects the whole experience and the Brookside location certainly doesn't exhibit Chick-fil-A's high standard of customer service and quality control. 0 out of 5 stars.

I ordered two items 18 nugget and one cow crunch and only received the cow crunch. Paid $23 for that?

I ordered snd paid for extra nuggets but did not receive them. Also, the lettuce was not fresh. I purchase 2-4 times a week and very disappointed.
