Their quality just isn't where it used to be. They're real stingy with their additions. I paid extra and they gave me like spinkle of the stuff. The leafs of the salad are wilted. Just disappointed and dissatisfied.

Chicken breast was small and a bit dry, which is weird cause chic fil a is usually not like that. No worries still the best ever.

My spicy chicken sandwich...well, their food at least the one on Nolana and 27th S, their chicken and fries are not being cooked properly. The chicken is not crispy and the fries taste terrible too. The restaurant is not being properly managed well. Ugh.

They skimped on the chicken with the market salad this time around . I usually love their Market salad but paying extra for delivery was a mistake. I want the meal to be worth it not feel ripped off.

Literally every single one of my saladshas the same wilted, mushy, and inedible lettuce. Honestly just take the salads off the menu if there's no effort going to be put in. 🙄
