I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for their consistency and attention to detail, but my recent order was surprisingly disappointing. My grilled chicken entree was noticeably short on chicken pieces, which felt like a poor value right off the bat. To make matters worse, the zesty sauce I requested was missing... something that really affects the overall flavor and enjoyment of the meal. What really caught me off guard was the condition of the packaging. Every single container was sticky to the touch, and I had to wipe each one down before even considering eating. It felt careless and unhygienic, which is not something I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-a.

Sending a half full "large" waffle fry and withholding 6 of the 11 sauces we ordered brings new definition to shrinkflation. This is outside of their typical standards so I'll chalk it up to a rough shift tonight.

Never got my Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Everything else was fine, noting great. The Mac n Mac & Cheese was greasy, could only eat a little bit at a time. The diet lemonade was really good though.
All in all it was just ok.

Chickfila sandwich was delicious but the fries were brown and old , not a usual thing tho

Missing one of our sandwhichs, and this sandwhich was loaded down with pickles when it was supposed to be no pickles. The bottom bun was soaked with pickle juice. The large and medium fries were less than half full and were soggy. Disappointing for sure.
