The chicken salad and mac and cheese were delicious, but my coworkers were disappointed with the spicy grilled chicken wrap and salad. The wrap mainly consisted of lettuce and had very little cheese and chicken. One coworker paid almost $6 for extra chicken on her Cobb salad, but only a tiny portion was served on the salad. We spent over $50 at this restaurant, but we were cheated.

As much as I've loved enjoying their food, FOREVER, I feel like over the past few orders, there is no consistency. Chicken is getting small, kale salads are sometimes inedible due to kale being old (brown and no crunch) and even the fry recipe has changed. And this is not location specific, it's general.

Has anyone noticed drier/crumbly buns from this Chick-fil-a?? also the last 2 orders, the large fries were in no way large. they aren't filling up the containers- so I wind up with an amount equivalent to 1 large & 1 small. very disappointing. Chick-fil-a is supposed to be better.

The grilled chicken was gross! It had a rubbery texture and the bread was stale! The medium size Mac n cheese is laughable

Thought I'd try the berry parfait.
$6 for half a little cup of yogurt, 1 cut up strawberry and 3 blueberries seems pretty steep.
