would not recommend substituting :/ got like a fourth of the normal amount of chicken i usually get (picture not showing it but the strips are Very small).

Amazing food as always! I’ve started to really enjoy ordering online compared to going in, there’s so many options that i didn’t know were available,I got a chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack cheese and a Hi-C drink! I know it might not sound like much to others but I thought it was nice to have more options than I expected

The nuggets were fine, the sweet tea was fine, but both orders of waffle fries were wayyyyyyy too salty. And ive never not eaten my waffle fries from Chick-fil-A!!! Please let the customer salt their own food instead of the restaurant doing it. Thanks

The nuggets were old, cold and burned to a crisp. Also, the chicken sandwiches were burned and old and cold!!! I will never order again at 3:00 pm because apparently you receive the leftover lunch food! Very disappointing lunch for the prices you charge!!!

When I order the Greek Parfait that I love, I NEVER get the granola nut crunch that I order with it, which is very disappointing and an added expense to the cost that I don't receive. Please ask the employees to add the granola nut crunch to the order when it's requested. Everything else was great and delicious as usual.
