• 24-03-11I placed this lunch order for myself and my coworker & after not receiving our first large mac, we ordered another one; Along with our new mac, they also sent another one plus two cookies, with a note (pictured) that really warmed my heart. I was happy with the resolution of just re-ordering the mac, but I am so elated with this outcome. Chick Fil A was has NEVER disappointed me with their customer service, and this time is definitely no exception. No other restaurant, I feel like, would REMEMBER me/my order and take time out of their busy day to hand write a note apologizing.
At this point, I genuinely don't believe there's anything that could happen that Chick Fil A wouldn't reconcile and continue to be so professional and kind.
Thank you, Chick Fil A, for everything y'all do!! <3

• 26-08-24All items were good BUT the sweet tea lid cap was put on wrong. So theGallon Beverages, whole lid swiveled and therefore leaked a little. Not the fault of the driver. A simple mistake but something to watch.

• 22-02-06food came prepared well and fresh. they still charge you .29 cents for a bun on a sandwich that should have one on it for free.

• 26-07-25My order was incorrect. I had ordered 2 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Muffins and only one of them was sausage. The other was bacon. In addition, muffins tasted stale and were burnt.
