• 26-10-08Over cooked food. But it happens. Just needs to pay attention next time to make sure food isn't dry or overcooked. I couldn't even bite down on the waffle. It was so hard.
It is a good sandwich though. I had it prior to this order and they made it perfectly. So I still recommend it.

• 26-09-25Tried the chicken & waffles for the first time. The waffles were kind of bland but not dried out. I would order again and try condiments other than syrup. The new caramel iced coffee was REALLY sweet. I think I'll stick to the vanilla one.

• 24-10-12all my hash browns were mushed and greasy, my chicken was the thinnest piece of chicken I've ever seen, and the biscuit was rock hard.

• 25-02-18I love this salad but every once in a while....
Today my lettuce smelled like mold. It made the entire salad off and non edible. Also, for some reason I couldn't request the fried nuggets. I could only order the grilled and I am not a huge fan of the grilled chicken.
like I said, every one has a bad day here and there

• 26-10-23The Mac and cheese was obviously old. I should have taken a picture. I do like how the food was packaged and how quickly I received it.
