The location by Springfield mall usually has really stringy chicken breasts in their sandwiches. Also they usually underfill their fries incomparison to the Kingstowne location.

Food was DELICIOUS...Side Salad was fresh...2 piece tender and my chi Fil A sandwich were great...They NEVER disappoint!

I ordered a large fry and it seemed like almost half of the fries were missing, now i dont know if this is the restaurant or the driver but i dont like that because it had the same amount of a medium fry would. But the rest of the Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal was great

The lettuce is always wilted and bad, small portion, and chicken overcooked. I will NOT be ordering from this specific store again.

Honey Mustard Sauce Guy
I had ordered a Spicy Deluxe burger meal to where I chose honey mustard for my dipping sauce for all the options I had alongside buying a bottle of it. Being new to this chain I had loved the honey mustard sauce from the one time I had tasted it from a family friend and upon receiving my order I had noticed that the staff added 2 dipping sauce of 'Honey Roasted BBQ' as an extra likely in the hopes of me being exposed to something new. Overall, I appreciate the gesture and loved the taste, I wouldn't have been aware of it if it wasn't for the staff since I'm very new to the options here. Great food, great service, love the waffle fries as they're pretty much non-existent in Australia.
