Food was hot and fresh. I ordered my food prior to going so I wouldn't have to wait, but ended up still having to wait after getting inside (maybe 8 minutes). Just know the app will say it's time for pickup. But that doesn't mean your food is actually ready to be picked up. Not sure whether they can see all of your order, but I had to ask for my drink which was ordered along with the meal.

My order is wrong I did not receive my honey mustard they gave me gravy i didn't ordered gravy and I only have 3 tenders i ordered a 4 piece also didn't receive my extra roll

The livers were great. Fresh cooked as I had requested. They do have the best livers!

Man, Chicken E really dropped the ball this time... no ranch, 6 French fries... I'm disappointed.

This was a terrible! I ordered a wing and a thigh, what I got was a leg ( I don't eat legs) a piece of the thigh. My sides were dumped in the box and my pie is missing. Now for the taste. Just as bad as the service. Dry and no seasoning. I will never order from this place again!
