• 26-02-03I paid extra money for a bowl of soup and only got a cup of soup. my sandwich was just thrown together with very little meat portions and it was supposed to be a club sandwich. Usually my orders are really good from here I was very disappointed.

• 24-09-11Ordered the Chicken Salad Melt. Got a stale croissant with some chicken salad slapped on. No cheese, not toasted. I order from Chicken Salad Chick in Maumelle all the time-- no issues. They even throw in an extra cookie sometimes. Will not make the mistake of trying the Conway location again.

• 23-06-13Sassy Scotty was a real let down tbh. The texture was like tuna more than a chicken salad. Also didn't taste the ranch. I was real hyped for it from Tik Tok, but I probably won't order from here again.

• 26-03-11Expensive for the small portions that I received and the bag was not sealed at all. All tasted fine, just expensive imo.

• 25-01-16The bread was just thorwnin an oversized what looked liked used plastic baggie. Didn't seem sanitary and was only 1 slice instead of 2 that was ordered. The rest of the meal was very good.
