I usually love their chicken tenders, but for some reason they changed them. This is a dealbreaker for me. They're now like frozen chicken tenders with heavy batter which are usually at pizzerias. Just wanted to let everyone know. Bad business move!

I have ordered from this location twice and the chicken bites are not the same as other locations. The batter is not done. When you bite into the batter it's really wet like it's not cooked long enough. The potatoes are also not all done.

You can never go wrong choosing Chicken Shack. I have eaten there for more than 45 years. It's always my family's favorite choice for carry out. Please try the fish and broasted potatoes with butter. Sunday brunch or dinner is a must.

The potatoes were smaller than hashbrowns, chicken tenders were over cooked and the french fries were under cooked.
