This combo meal was very good. The ribs are nice and tender, the chicken and potatoes seasoned very well.
If I had to change anything, it would be the cardboard boxes they come in

Very disappointing that this is the portion of Chicken received for $19.50. I've had similar issues in the past, let the store know, and it appears that it will continue to happen. I'd like to support a local business, but it is hard to do so when they do not provide equivalent value as Big Chicken. Again, disappointed in my go to local option.

For the money portions are small oil was old and chicken smelled like fish ribs were small mostly bones no meat and expensive and with a tender dinner and shack potatoes they give you a 1oz thing of ranch that's it. For all the money you charge just for chicken you could at least provide sauce for it.. This restaurant use to be one of the go to for chicken but no more

the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe was very underwhelming a very tiny piece of chicken a lot of extra bread no pickles mayo is not spicy if you're looking for a spicy chicken sandwich. the price was too high for what I received.

To be honest I was a die hard ×××××× fried chicken fan... but it was always hit & miss about how long ago it had been cooked. Then Covid happened and it seemed like ordering chicken was gone for good.. But then I found Chicken Shack! What a blessing it has been. It is always fresh and perfectly cooked... So juicy. And the potatoes!!! They have to be the best potatoes I have ever tasted.... After reading some of the reviews about the coleslaw I agree it is sweet. But it reminds me of my grandmothers coleslaw..... Ummmm so good... And like the chicken and potatoes it also is fresh...
Trust me when I say you won't be disappointed in this restaurant..
I go to the one on 11 mile near the 75 entrance and my review is about this Ckicken Shack... So give them a call and have fried chicken on the dinner table in a short time...
