I order a burrito here every week. They are the best burritos in the city. Chips, elotes, and desserts are all fantastic. My favorite part of the week.

So! I tried this place last week and it was above average and leaving me craving more!
This week not so much!
Last week the GROUND BEEF GUERO TACO was crunchy, thick and held up well each bite of the taco with no soggy taco.
This week - I dont think they fried the shell because it was soggy, thin and had no texture. I could have just made tacos at home for less money.
Also last week the Churros were SUPER FRESH, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside... this week, a stale cinnamon disappointment. Extremely disappointed!
The only thing that held to last weeks expup was the BIRRIA QUESADILLA. Still very favorful.
I'm curious, is the inconsistency normal here? Or was this a once in a lifetime disappointment? Because I was really excited to have found this place last week. :(

Best tamales in theUSA. As a mexican, trust me . Also best jamaica! ( jamaica flower drink, google it, very delicious)

Solid quesadillas and tacos. I love the plantains and their chips and salsa too.
I will say I do not love how they put all the condiments for the quesadillas in one container together- it would be fine except there was a ton of liquid from the pico and so the guacamole and sour cream were like a runny soup. I don't need 4 containers of hot sauce, would prefer pico be in a separate container though.

LENGUA TACO was particularly bad, and more expensive relative to the same dish offered at other restaurants. Rice and beans were fine.
