The Create Your Own Bowl was amazing. The meats were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the portion was huge. I will definitely eat here again and highly recommend this spot.

The chicken was missing on one of the bowls. The other had barely any chicken. The queso was cold and clumpy and the chips were stale. This wasnt our first time ordering but unfortunately will be the last.

The location in Houston is so bad compared to Austin locations. The kimchi fries were lacking sauces and cilantro. The 1/2 lb of wings came with 5 tiny wings that I weighed at 5oz total, and they were missing the spicy mayo sauce on the side. The overall quality and taste is just much worse than Austin's

First off it's delicious, I rarely make reviews because it doesn't take much for me to be happy bout my meal. However this was not the case as the ratio of lettuce to japchae was overwhelmingly big. The noodles were so filled to the brim which is great for carbo loading but the fiber wasn't enough, same w/ the chicken protein. I paid $14 for a bowl of noods granted maybe I should've added more lettuce and cabbage, although chosen as a base I had expected it to be 50/50 ratio not 90/10 ratio. Aside from that great noods, chicken overall tasty flavor but ratio is crazy work

The food is great, it's the protien portions that are off. Paid an extra $5 for extra protein and it's felt like the normal amount you should get instead of EXTRA. My wife's bowl only had about 60g of chicken which is kind of weak in my opinion for how much the meals cost. Flavors and everything else is on point though!
