I have ordered from Chili's twice and have been really pleased both times. I got the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers. They are delicious! Very crisp breading, and the broccoli and corn on the cob was fresh and very tasty.  The order was processed super fast and delivered quickly, as well. Great experience!

Everything was fine but the frys were ice cold and hard and worst salad I have ever had didn't even give me a half a cup or ranch maybe like $2 worth of food in the salad box terrible and I normally enjoy this meal

The pasta was delicious and my husband loved the burger but the side Cesar salad that was ordered with the pasta is not worth the money. It is super small and the dressing was warm, definitely not worth the money.

While the Full Order of Ribs  were delicious, there were only 9 in a "full slab" for $27!! The Pepper Pals® Cheese Quesadilla and the Just Bacon Burger*  were just okay, not great. The cheese fries came fully loaded even though we removed some toppings like the jalapenos. We have had better luck in the past, but won't be ordering again soon. Very disappointed.

Our food was delivered lukewarm. We had to reheat everything. The food containers were all sideways in the bag with everything tipped over.  The containers should be stacked so that the food is not all over the place. Not sure if the restaurant or the dasher is responsible for this. We ordered the SouthwesternEggrolls which were very bland. They are usually full of flavor and delicious. We also ordered an Oldtimer with cheese, no pink, mayonnaise and lettuce. The burger was burnt, had a dab of mayonnaise and no lettuce. The best thing about this order was the loaded mashed potatoes. They were perfect . I've always been a fan of Chilis and liked their food, but tonight was a disappointment.  It is definitely not the delicious, made to order food it once was.
