The guac was amazing! Double guac  and double salsa. Two huge bags of thin crunchy chips( more than I can eat) my therapist came and I had to leave . The chips can be microwaved for 30 seconds. Great value for a wonderfully fresh snack! I will definitely order again.

Ordered half Sides of their texas cheese fries. They showed up with very little cheese. The cheese on them were burned. And the half order was a total of about 10 fries. I have had this before and it was great. Whoever made this tonight did it all wrong. I wld not reccomend them at all. Sadly this cost alot and it went into the trash. The dessert showed up missing caramel and the ice cream scoop was more of a spoon full not a scoop. The cake itself sas good though. It would have been better with ice cream and caramel.

Best chicken tenders in Knoxville: juicy and incredibly crispy at the same time without canceling each other out. How do they DO that??

While the food is good, everything, especially drinks, is ridiculously overpriced.

The food was a mixtureof hmm ok and good. Typically the southwest egg rolls are cut, I received 2 full eggrolls that are smaller than what you receive in the restaurant. The marinara sauce literally was watered down, there was a 1/4 layer of water on top of the marinara, that I had to strategically drain out of a 4ml dipper cup. . It was soup not marinara. Also, you use to receive your strawberry lemaonde in a 32oz cup, now you get 16oz cup of mainly ice and a dash of lemonade for 5.00... I get inflation... but I just spent 30.00 alone on my drink and trio sampler..Please fix this for your customers.   One great thing was the bites, they were extremely good!

Disappointed again with this store. I paid 3 additional costs for my crispers to have 2 loaded mashed potatoes and extra sauce. Tonight I paid extra for chipotle sauce and 2 sides of loaded mashed potatoes. I got no sides at all and no sauce. Just chicken that was wildly tough to cut and chew. Chilis to-go boxes are clear so I'm baffled by these obvious mistakes.
