I ordered cotton candy ice cream. This is a blue and pink ice cream. I received chocolate chip cookie dough and when I called they told me to come down to the store which I explained I couldn’t do which is why I used Door Dash. Not sure how the color of this ice cream could be mistaken. Never order again

I've had many Banana Banana Split Sundaes in my day. This one had my three ice cream choices and a split banana. This has no sauce of any type or whipped cream nor a cherry. There was so much lacking.
The ice cream was delicious though and the portion was a good size, not skimpy at all. It was a Slip decision. (Get it? 😉)

Ordered a banana split, no banana. Also ordered Extra toppings. No extra toppings. You'd also think they'd have a better way of transporting their ice cream, like not putting hot fudge on the dish for transport... probably a good idea to keep it on the side .... order came looking like a disaster, ice cream melting out of the flimsy plastic sundae container. Very, very disappointing.

Order was wrong twice. Called the store and they told me to come and pick up the correct order. Chose the deliver again option which was also wrong. Tipped dasher over 20% no receipt given either time. Store also declined to resolve issue. So I spent $80 on a pint of ice cream and 4 bon bons. NEVER AGAIN ordering from here
