I ordered the beef and 1201. Beef with Broccoli, egg 102. Crispy Egg Rolls, egg drop soup, and fried rice! The portions were enough to feed 3 adults, beef and broccoli was flavorful and soft to chew, egg drop soup was delicious, and the egg rolls were crispy and fresh. I give it a 10/10

I love white sauce and have tried many white sauce dishes from other restaurants, China Cafe is by far the best I've ever had.  I decided  to try their Peanut Chicken, will  order again. Chow mein made with cabbage, excellent! Bbq pork delucicous and huge portions. Wonton and Egg Drop  soup is very flavorful and good priced.

They are the best Chinese we've had in the Waco-Temple-Killeen area.  Excellent quality of meats and vegetables. Reliable for that same knockout Asian flavor and reasonably priced. We recommend highly.

I love this place. Classic American Chinese but done extremely well.

Ive been working my way through the meniamd have yet to come across any not worth ordering. 

Their egg drop comes with the fries wontons and you can get lo mein as a side which is fantastic. Love that stuff. 

It comes quickly, and correct. If you like American Chinese where you can pick your level of spice this is the place. Order it. Do it now. Do it.

DON'T waste your money!! We paid $72 for 3 entrees, with 3 tiny potions of bland white rice. This is by far the WORST "Chinese cuisine" we've had in this area. The orange chicken, sesame chicken, and peanut  chicken were all overly breaded and soggy. The white rice is simply that, not the typical jasmine rice. The egg drop soup was gummy and lacked any flavor. There were no soy sauce or duck sauce, let alone any fortune cookies. And forget untils or chopsticks, apparently that's extra.  Honestly, they don't even deserve the 1 star that I gave them.
