I never had a chipotle order this bad before, the veggie burrito bowl was just liquid with a little scoop of rice, I felt as if I was eating a cold soup, not a burrito bowl. I got a side of chips & they were so stale some chips felt like plastic, as if they were made 2 days ago.

All the fillings were messy (most of the topping in each of the taco tortilla fell out) very messy in making the taco and they did not know how to make the filling evenly and clean so some ingredients were lacking (ie roasted veggies and beans) and not in a good system so the ingredients can be placed properly in the taco shell so it won't come out. I couldn't even lift the whole taco without it all falling apart. They need to know what ingredients should start with and end with when making the taco. I hope DoorDash and the restaurant manager focus on training the front end workers much better. Definitely not worth the price considering the amount of filling of the ingredients was lacking and cannot even eat this like a taco finger food. I had to use utensils to eat it separately (picking up the fillings and cutting the tortilla with fork and spoon. Cannot eat this in public like a taco. Very messy.

The flavor was so sour and the steak was so chewy. I always love chipotle and steak but that was not high quality.

The Burrito Bowl was pretty tasy BUT for $23 the portion was so tiny! Like why so stingy with the ingredients?! Like would never eat here again.
