The brown rice wasn't cooked all the way...I had only five pieces of steak...Lil to no lettuce... definitely can tell it was a rush job:(

Guac wasn't smashed avocado, it was like half an avocado in a cup. Bowl hardly had any rice, all watery and bowl was leaking

I ordered a burriito and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was burned. The Burrito was missing the guacamole, cheese and lettuce. Truthfully one star is too high for this. The problem wasn't with the door dash employee. It was the quality of food sent out by Chipolte. The rice and vegetables didn't taste fully cooked. I should have ordered from Zantigo.

we paid $6.25 each for Xtra steak. nope. food was fresh but not proportioned correctly. hardly any steak. mostly avocado and lettuce. we paid $63 for one burrito Burrito Bowl and one Burrito it was unacceptable to say the very least .

It was terrible. Never had a bowl so bad. The chips were so stale. You couldn't even chew them. Sorry I have to leave a bad review. Barely any rice overloaded with sour cream and I don't even know what kind of chicken was in my bowl.
