My wife's Burrito Bowl was good, portion was plentiful. My tacos were very sloppy and hard to eat. The Side of Adobo Ranch was less than half of a container of what looked like some sort of salad dressing? Straight liquid, nothing like like adobo ranch I had gotten here a week ago.

First off, how can I eat this with no utensils. If it's a place I'm supposed to request silverware, then my bad. However you are delivering to a hotel. Read the room , we don't have utensils.
Most importantly, I eat Chipotle once a month at home (order in at location in Boston). My salad is heaping when I dine in. This is 1/3 full, see pictures. It doesn't even come to the rim of the bowl.
Lastly, the front desk has plastic forks. Lettuce wilted, steak dry. I'll chalk it up to its 10pm and an off night. It's a sign I should not be eating this late.

They skimp on mobile orders, gave me a tiny burrito with literally just steak, no rice no beans, no nothing literally just a tortilla and a few pieces of meat for 12 dollars

very cheap with the guacamole i got the 4oz cup and they barely put anything in it. The bowl was great Taco was good.

The portions for door dash are about half the size of the portions in store. There was barely any barbacoa in the bowls. Would not order from chipotle again.
